Through Collared Consulting and as seen in the photo with the Bank of Canada in Ottawa, Joseph engages with banks, portfolio managers, and professional and investment firms that seek to increase the effectiveness of their efforts at building a compliance culture beyond traditional and dry employee training. As a complement to an existing legal and regulatory program, Joseph shares his own dramatic experience and one-of-a-kind perspective as a way for compliance leadership to increase the effectiveness of and acceptance for their compliance initiatives while making REAL the consequences of failure to employees and their firms. I consult with compliance teams via corporate engagements, industry events, and symposiums so as to share and exchange views on current effective compliance techniques and information protection as well as providing CPD and CE ethics and conduct risk-training.
