MY STORY
I'm Joseph Grmovsek, a former lawyer, white-collar criminal and subject of the educational-documentary film Collared. I am also the FIRST and still ONLY person in Canadian history to serve a Federal sentence of imprisonment for insider trading, having done time in two maximum security prisons (Millhaven and Kingston Pen), four jails and two halfway-houses for an activity that I engaged in on both sides of the US/Canada border for near 15 years.

As a result of my unique experience as a former corporate lawyer, inside trader, and maximum-security prisoner, I offer key note compliance training talks in-person or by video-link that provide an unparalleled look into the world of white-collar crime and the often unexplored consequences for those participating in or are affected by it -- SO AS TO PREVENT IT from impacting your organization.

I also offer counseling to first-time offenders on how to survive prison while also lessening the impact of the experience on their families.
